Terms and Conditions:
- All prices subject to VAT – VAT No. 755 426 517 if applicable
- Minimum order £250
- Minimum quantity per design. One must purchase at least the minimum quantity of any one item
- Postage & Packing is £10.00 in the UK (mainland*) but free on orders over £300 (UK mainland*)
*Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and some areas of Scotland may be subject to a surcharge
- The carriage on an export order is charged at cost and is dependant on the zone of the delivery address. Large export orders can be shipped using one of the following ecoterms – FOB or EXWORKS
- A proforma invoice is sent to a new account and goods are dispatched on receipt of payment
- Established UK accounts are offered 30 days credit
- Birchcraft designs are hand-crafted, therefore each one is unique and subject to variation
- Damaged or missing goods should be notified within 5 days of receipt, otherwise no claim can be considered
- Receipt of a sales confirmation is considered to be a binding contract between the buyer and Birchcraft Ltd., the supplier
- All goods remain the property of Birchcraft Ltd until paid in full. We do not accept the return of unsold stock
- Birchcraft cannot guarantee exclusivity
